More Than a Distributor

We don't just sell valves — we engineer solutions. Our team partners with you from spec through service to keep your operations running in the most demanding conditions on earth.

Sourcing & Distribution

Direct partnerships with leading manufacturers — from severe-service ball valves to cryogenic butterfly valves and Teflon-lined specialties. We stock what others source, so you get answers and lead times that work for your project.

In-House Application Engineering

Spec'ing the right valve for your media, pressure, and temperature is hard — so our staff engineers do it with you, in-house. We size, select, and material-match (not a vendor hand-off), preventing the costly failures that come from guessing on a data sheet.

Factory-Certified Technicians

Assembly, testing, and on-site startup performed by factory-certified technicians — plus same-day quotes and ongoing technical assistance. From first call to long after install, certified hands keep your valves performing.

Extreme-Temperature Specialists

Engineered for Temperature Extremes.

From -452°F — near absolute zero — to 1200°F, where many metals begin to fail, Miller Valve shines. We spec and supply severe-service valves across the full envelope: cryogenic LNG, industrial gases, and aerospace launch service at the cold end; superheated steam and hot-hydrocarbon service at the hot end. When temperature is the enemy, the valve can't be the weak point.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions from engineers, EPCs, and procurement teams.

What are typical lead times for valve orders?
For stock items in our most-requested sizes and configurations, we ship same-day. Engineered orders, specialty materials, or unusual configurations typically range from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Cryogenic, high-pressure forged-body, and exotic alloy configurations tend to be on the longer end.
Can you help me select the right valve for my application?
Yes — that's the core of what we do. Our engineers help you size the right valve for your media, pressure, temperature, and code requirements. We don't just ship parts; we work with your team to spec the right product for the right application.
What does API 6D mean and when do I need it?
API 6D is the API specification for pipeline valves — ball, gate, and check valves used in transmission and gathering pipeline service. It includes design, testing, and qualification requirements pipeline operators specify. If your spec calls for API 6D, the valve must be certified to it with documentation.
How do I request a quote?
Three options: use our online quote wizard, email info@millervalves.com, or call (205) 871-7778. We respond to most quote requests quickly.
